Creating your account on Bitso

A Cellphone Number to receive your confirmation code.

 

Login to Bitso and "open your account":


                               

 
Fill the form that will appear on your screen with your correct data as well as your cellphone number.


On the following screen enter the code that you will receive in your cellphone, choose your password and your transaction NIP (please remember it very well).


                                               

 

Complete the 3 steps, if everything went well, a user ID will be assigned to you, which you will use to login to your Bitso account.


Verify the Inbox of your e-mail. In it, you will find a successful registration notification from Bitso, in which your registration data will be included as well as your Bitso user ID.

¡Done! Your account has been created and you can start using the platform. 


If you have any problem please contact us by taking a help ticket  from our Help Center, selecting the options "Account Verification" > and the subcategory that works best for your problem. 

You will immediately receive an e-mail with the necessary requirements, to follow up on your ticket.
