If your SPEI, Transfer or debit card withdrawal appears as “Pending” in your history

The SPEI/Debit Card/Cellphone Transfer withdrawals can only be instantaneously processed by our bank from7:00 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday, without including official holidays. If you made your transfer outside these hours, such will be put on hold and shown as “Pending” until it is processed early on the following business day.

If your transfer was made within those hours and has been “Pending” for over 15 minutes please contact us through our Help Center by taking a support ticket, so that our team may verify the problem manually.

Upon sending these requirements, one of our agents will follow up on your ticket within 24 to 48 hours, keeping you informed of the progress of your request.
