When your pesos withdrawal appears as “Completed” in your History, it means that such has already been processed by the Bitso system, and it is likely that there was a problem during the intermediate process between Bitso and your Bank. 

This usually happens by virtue of

Delays in the allocation of funds by your bank: This happens because on occasion the banking institutions take some time to process the electronic deposits in the deposit accounts.

Rejection of the deposit by your bank: This happens when the deposit account has been cancelled or eliminated for some reason.

Problems with the transfer of funds by Bitso: It is likely that the withdrawal has been processed by the Bitso system but has not been transferred because of a technical problem.

You can verify the status of your withdrawal directly at Banxico, entering the information they request. 

What should I do if the problem persists?

If the problem persists, please contact us by taking a help ticket from our Help Center, selecting the options "Withdrawal Problems" > "SPEI (Wire Transfer) > and the subcategory that best works for your problem.

You will immediately receive an e-mail with the necessary requirements, such as user ID, date and exact amount of your withdrawal.

Upon sending these requirements, one of our agents will follow up on your ticket within 24 to 48 hours, keeping you informed of the progress of your request.
