This option may take approximately 60 minutes, you could also try the option "llamada"(call) and if after this period the SMS has not been received, please contact us by taking a help ticket from our Help Center, selecting the options "Verificación de Cuenta" > "Verificación Nivel 1 (SMS)" > "No me llega el SMS"
