Please fill out the form with your information as it is registered with Bitso: your email address, date of birth and country of residence, and click on confirm.

 

 

If upon filling the form you receive a message of “Records not found” this means that one or more of the data does not match with the information we have registered with your account. In that case we ask you to please try again, making sure there are no blank spaces and turning off auto fill in your browser. If the message still appears, please contact us via a support ticket, using the options “I forgot my password” and the sub categories that apply. In the body of the message please write your email address, date of birth and country of residence.

You will receive an SMS with the code to fill in on this screen. Confirm by clicking on the green button.


 

Our system will automatically log you out and you will receive an email from us with a confirmation link.

Once you click the confirmation link, you will be redirected to a new page where you can choose a new password.


We strongly recommend an alphanumeric password of no less than 12 characters, and to never use the same password for different sites.
