If you made your funding in cash for a wrong or inexact amount through your Bitso-generated request, you must contact us through our Help Center, by taking a support ticket, selecting the option "Funding Problems" > "Efectivo (Compropago)" and the subcategory that best works for your problem.

You will immediately receive an e-mail requesting requirements, such as deposit ID (which you received by e-mail when you generated your deposit request) and a photograph of your deposit ticket as well as the amount of the generated deposit and the incorrect amount that you deposited, since we will need to make some changes in order for your deposit to be automatically credited. 

Upon sending these requirements, one of our agents will follow up on your ticket within 24 to 48 hours, keeping you informed of the progress of your request.
