¿How to create a support ticket?
Log in to our Help Center. Before sending a ticket, verify that there is not any help article resolving your doubt or your problem.
In case that none of the help articles resolves your problem or issue, click on the “New Support Ticket” button.
Enter the information of your request in the fields of the ticket creation form, describing your problem as thoroughly as possible. At the end write the words of the images to validate that your request is legitimate (captcha) and click on the “Send” button.
Follow up to your support ticket
After creating your support ticket check your e-mail, where you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your support ticket, as well as a support ticket ID that will help you as reference to identify your request in the future.
Upon sending these requirements, one of our agents will follow up your ticket within a 24 to 48 hours period, keeping you informed of the progress of your request.
